Thermostat Bolts Torque?

Hi there,
Just replaced my thermostat on my 92 960.
Everything is great except I couldn't find the torque rating to do the bolts on the thermostat housing cover. Anyone know what the torque wrench should be set at? Ft/lbs?
From my Mercedes I know its around 7-10ft/lbs so I tightened it by hand with a short extension and so far so good, but I would like to do it properly.
Thanks everyone...
