Dome light...AGAIN!!! 700

if the reading lights work but the dome light itself is dead you probably have an issue with the unit itself. Pull the light housing and take it inside. Sit down with a can of wd40, a piece of fine metal sandpaper, a wire brush, and maybe a soddering gun if you want to go hog wild.

Analyze the ENTIRE unit, from bulbs to cicuit boards, looking for corrosion, oxidation, or any oddities. Fix it all.
