The crack filler works fine, but you have to follow instructions. It will not fill huge cracks well, nor big cracks in high-flex areas, but all others are fine. As noted, I (drinking a couple of beers) omitted one step: using the Pristine Clean to remove the cleaner, and dyed over it. Not good: I ended up redoing it. If you follow the Leatherique instructions, it works like a champ. Try to wing it or drink beer, and you lose.
