The average is around 170, the low and high are within 10%..... but 160 might be a tad low. I'd drive it and repeat the test. Make sure the plug gasket area (where the compression tester must seal) is clean of grit 'n grime.

Don't forget that the other cylinders might be slightly carboned up, which can boost their compression pressure.

300 psi?
