If you mount the control arm on a table vise, putting a larger diameter metal tube on one side and something just the size of the bushing on the other, it is possible to get them out....sometimes. My front ones were so rusted in that it became a massive ordeal with torches, red-hot metal, hammers, and other stuff. Make sure you need to replace the front ones before doing it, because you might not need to, and then its really not worth the effort. It could just be the rears that have gone bad.
