Pete;

I'm not about to flame you... but you should elaborate on "sway bars slow the cars down"...

I think IPD bars are a great improvement...especially given new tires (with proper pressure) which can take advantage of the improved cornering additude...but I also agree with you that everything else (including bushings and most certainly alignment) should be checked and/or put in order when installing them.
