Not if I get there first!

Floorboards are pretty easy on a 544 - they have a simple body structure. And you could probably look for a long time for a better 544, and then pay a whole lot more for it.

Value on a 544 is hard to judge, there are few sellers and few buyers. And especially difficult to judge based on a description. A good bet is to take a look at what they are selling for in good condition (eBay is a good place to look - noce ones have been getting decent prices there lately) and subtract out for the problems you see.
