Heater Issues 140-160 1973

If you have had to add coolant with some regularity, maybe there is a leak somewhere or the radiator cap or overflow bottle cap arent really sealing.....maybe from a worn out gasket. Look for anti freeze stains near water pump, and on heater or radiator hoses. Especially check the three short hoses on the back end of the engine which go from engine to heater control valve to heater core.
