If nobody answers your post, (which, actually, someone has), it's probably because nobody knows how to help you. The fact of the matter is that there's no guarantee that someone who knows the answer to your question will happen to read it if it's posted on any given day. The better tactic would be to post, let it sit for a day or two, and then re-post. Perhaps even with any new information that you've acquired on your own since the first posting. I understand your frustration, but sending out a sarcastic "thanks a million" isn't likely to help your cause.
