What's not working? Rear window heater? Delay in shut off of the dome light when driver's door is opened and closed? Chime for having key in ignition and door open?

If you have another relay to look at, you will see that the terminals are numbered. The numbering plan is a standard, so you could attach terminal numbers to the wires. That would help.
