Fuel pump relay, or even the fuel pump fuse.
Fuse is the 25 amp one on the LH side in the engine bay. Never have I seen a fuse actually blow. It's the holder that craps out. Take the whole thing apart, being careful as the input is hot all the time. If the holder is full of crud, look at the things on the ends of the wires themselves, they will allow the fuse to be put into them without using the holder at all. Try starting it. If OK, got to Radio Shack and get a 30amp water proof fuseholder for about $2 and hook it up.
The fuel pump relay is located above the passenger's right toe. Pull the knee pad and you should see it. Six pins, large connector, clipped onto the firewall. You can try resoldering it, or get a new one. Not cheap at a dealer.
If the relay base shows evidence of overheating, the relay is the likely source of your no-start problem.
Good Luck,
Bob
