Advice for lower A-arm bushing replacement ... 140-160 1974

You can hammer the bushings out but you need to carefully press them back
in. If you don't do it right you will damage or destroy the bushing.
I made a simple riggin' with bolts, a nut, cupped washers and a piece of tubing
that will press them in. Since I've never worked on any 700 series I haven't
a clew if it is similar.
It is quite a bit easier if you dismount the whole A-frame, fairly simple
but if not done correctly can be pretty dangerous, since a LOT of energy is
stored in the compressed spring.
BTW I have made and sold tools to remove the balljoint without damaging it.
