Hard Starting 700 1990

on a regina system at least, when you turn the key, the pump primes and pressure is provided immediately. i recently found this out when i put a permanent inline fuel pressure gauge in. regardless of if pressures disappears after the car has been sitting for a while, when you turn the key to the 2position, pressure comes up immediately.

i have a slightly hard starting problem as well. not too hard of a start, but enough to warrant some annoyance. :)
