I will be very impressed the first time I see a shop do that around here. The local chain tire shops here employ mainly juvenile delinquents and if any of them have ever heard of a torque wrench, I'd be surprised.
I know we put a lot of new lug studs in for people over the years, thanks to their expertise. Even my wife's car received 2 broken studs a couple of years ago. Morons.
