My Crazy Rust Fix Idea! 200 1983

It works GREAT, Joe! I did this about three summers ago! I did the minimal amount of bodywork to reducd the rust on my 83 sedan...couldn't afford the paint job at the body shop......so I used the same idea. Hopefully the area of rust can be covered by the valance. Be careful with the grinder and a repaint won't even be necessary! You can install the valance with double-face strip tape,bought at a GOOD parts store. Sheet metal screws for the flaps. I used the valance on the whole length of the car! I should do the same thing again to my turbo wag. and 80 sedan, again next summer. Good Luck,
