Help on Bosch + Regina(?) problem, kinda long but need advice 700

Eventually most of the ECUs in the Regina system fail. This is due to inadequate ground and too much power to the fuel pump circuit. Often looks like the relay and replacing the relay puts the inevitabel off fo a while. Volvo tried to hide this for years and deny warranty. I believe Joan Claybrook or someone eventually found out. I still have the Volvo TIB.
