Air Box Thermostat Change

Why bother to change the thermostat? Simply remove the hose that supplies the hot air at the manifold or at the airbox. These thermostats are troublesome and are responsible for "cooking" air mass meters. They fail in the "all hot air" setting. I suggest you save your money and just disconnect the hose.
