Oil leak, which seal???

Chuck -

If your engine is the B230F or B230T, the cam seal is above the water pump. The intermediate shaft is a little below and to the side of the water pump.

The cam seal can leak down onto the upper water pump seal and mess it up.

Check the PCV system (flame trap et al).
