A tiny bit of H2O in the oil will evaporate at highway speed and not cause any trouble...change the oil ofter your trip to keep your anal reputation intact.
You used a "Mexican" torque wrench technique= use a BIG wrench and tighten till just before it strips or breaks off. No problema!!
