No compression in 2 cylinders 700 1991

Have almost no compression (10-15 psi)in #1 and #2 cylinders in my '91 740T. Is the only two possiblities for the problem the two mentioned in the FAQ's for 700/900? These two are broken camshaft or worn camshaft?
