Very easy. Check the FAQ for details, but basically, remove the interior panel, disconnect the electronics, then unbolt the hinges from the door. Since it's a back door you don't even have to worry about the lock. The hardest part is getting the hinges adjusted right so the door latches correctly; plan on 10-15 minutes of trial and error wrenching to get it right.
