You mentioned the rear seat ride is a bit bouncy?

Have you done any suspension work on it? Such as replacing bushings, springs, shocks, etc? If no, that would probably solve a lot of the undeisreable feel.

Of course if you get a chance, test drive an 88-90 760 sedan. Nice car, superb rear suspension.
