That is plain weird.

I'd like to think it's a fuel delivery problem. How long have you been experiencing this problem? How cold is cold? How warm does it need to be to run right?

I suppose if I had to throw a part at it from way over here, I'd pick the fuel pressure regulator. The 700/900 FAQ has a good outline for testing the fpr, I think...
