Very handy supercharger info! Thanks heaps for that Matt.

The Repco heads for the B20 engines were aluminium. They were of "Heron" design, i.e. they were flat and had no combustion chamber cast into them. Instead, dished pistons were used. I believe there is one for sale on the mainland at the moment. The asking price is around $1500!! Knowledgeable Volvo folks reckoned that they could get as much power from the standard iron head, so the Repco ones are really only of historical or novelty value.
