The Bulb-out relay, Bulb Failure Warning System aka BFWS, is located (on my 1986) just above the driver's left knee, held in place with a metal clip. Hard to miss, a bright orange can-looking thing.

The part number is 1362370-7, and are found in 240s and 740s from 1986 on.
