General but Large help needed 200 1991

I think a current reversal might bother the alternator. Pull it and have it checked at a shop. As others mentioned, if it starts, then the ECU is probably OK.

The brake noise is probably just surface rust on the rotors. If I don't drive my brick for a few days, the first stop or 2 are "grindy", but that goes away with more brake use.
