«No llega el combustible.» = The gas is not arriving (at the engine)
«La bomba de combustible no sirve.» = The fuel pump doesn't work
«..........................corre.» = .............doesn't run/isn't running
Depending on where the fellow is from he may use "gasolina" instead of
"combustible"
