140 steering hub change 140-160

I think there was a steering wheel change at the same time the rest
of the interior changed in 1973.

If I were to gamble, I'd say:

all 122 and -1968 1800 use one style
-1972 140/164 and 70- 1800 use another style
73-74 140, 73-75 164, 75-? 240 use a third style

From what I've seen, an R-sport 140 wheel is just a 3 spoke
late 1800 wheel with a different center piece (that's always cracked).
