tail lights on 240 and bulb warning light driving me crazy!

My thought is that Grotons Circuit board that you changed out probably has a difference in copper thickness on it then the stock one on the other side of the car. So the sensor is acting the same as it would if you had mismatched bulbs. It's showing a difference in current.
