Luke I read your thread on the idle control valve, and have to say I still think your problem is the ECU (Electronic Control Unit, or computer)located behind the front passenger side kick panel. Easy to remove, just unclip the connector and two screws, torx I believe. It will give you all sorts of wacky codes when this problem occurs.
Please explain the acronym "ECT"
