B20 Cam identification help needed 120-130

I don't know renough about the subject to argue the merits of one cam vs. another, so this is for information purposes only. I had been told that with a K cam in my B20 I would lose some torque and gain some response at higher revs. All I can say is that, after changing from the B18 to the B20 with the K cam, first gear has become superfluous -- could be the extra horses, but there it is.
