Exhaust repair question

Having worked in a muffler shop many moons ago, I would have to agree with Don. The moment you try to weld that pipe, you'll just be playing follow the holes.
Best bet for a temporrary repair is that muffler patch , the putty type that comes in a little tin. clean the area around the hole with a wire brush real well so it will hold.Sometimes after partially drying it will suck up into the hole a bit, while it is still gummy, you can add a bit more to smoothe it out. Make sure it is completly hardened before firing it up or you'll have to do it over
