If you're talking about the blue hose directly off of the turbo outlet, I don't think you're going to find it for $10. I just replaced mine from fcpgroton and they sent the Volvo original part. It's a pure silicon piece to take the heat from the turbo body and was $29 from fcpgroton. I haven't seen anything from them marked up that high where you could get it less than 1/2 price somewhere else.

It is also a molded piece with different dimensions on either end. I wouldn't expect a non-silicon replacement to last that long.
