There isn't a receiver-dryer in that A/C system, but there is an accumulator, which fulfills some of the duties of the receiver-dryer.

The orifice tube should be in the small pipe that comes from the condenser and eventually enters the evaporator. The larger pipe is the low side pipe and is just an open pipe from evap to accumulator.
