Pointless Ignition Coversion Pertronix 140-160 1971

I am the proud owner of a 1982 244 DL B21A. These Canadian cars are caburetted and have a candenser and ponits ignition. I converted it to a Pertronix Ignitor after I foungd the car pinging under load. I called pertronix and got the proper part number, then ordered it from my local speed shop. I kept the Bosch coil and have had no pinging, better hot starts, and a smoother idle since.
