flame trap location 700

Make sure your spare tire ain't flat. Ask me how I found out on mine.

If you can't find that flame trap with Steve's instructions, it has a small vacuum line attached to it up on the intake manifold. Follow each one back from there and one will lead you to the flame trap. As he says, it's easier to see and change it from the passenger side but it's pretty well hidden from view. The engineer that desigined it obviously had something against the service guys. It's a good idea to have an extra holder on hand ( couple of bucks) as it is easy to break off the vacuum port while removing it.
