REPOST - please HELP me - she bought the 740 - blowing fuses

Third post, guys. Thanks for your patience.

She bought it (my niece) - now I am trying to help her get it right.

Problem - it keeps blowing the fuse that controls the air / windows / shift lock.

I thought that I had it licked by cleaning the rear light bulb holders - was blowing 1056 bulbs (one side). Now that problem is back - and it is blowing the fuse.

I plan to leave the tail-light problem alone for a spell - see if the fuse will hold. Any other ideas appreciated. Any comment on if the two can be related ??
