I do not have personal experience with the Scan Tech mounts, but I remember seening a thread back in the spring from someone that had a big problem with them.

One of the difficult things about Scan Tech parts is that they seem to source some parts from several different manufacturers... so there's a chance that the ST mounts Roguls (in the link) got from FCP could be from a different supplier than those 2kAudiS4 recently installed.

You might want to call FCP and ask Nick if they've had problems with returns, etc. on the Scan Tech mounts. He may be able to tell you who manufactured the ST mounts they have in stock.
