240 bumper 'posts' - can I replace? 200 1989

It would seem that those compresion 'posts' would be relatively easy to find, but I checked on Trollhattan and couldn't find them at all. I have one that's 'depressed' and tried pulling it out. I should try that again, but if anyone has ever bought one, I'd love to know where from... thanks !
