Hi George. My search for a 164 took an interesting turn this weekend. I didn't have the time this summer to get one from the US and bring it back to Canada, but I just bought two 164E's. The 75 is an Ontario rustbucket with power windows, automatic and I drove it home on three or so cylinders. I think it needs cap, rotor and plugs. The 74 is from Florida and has no rust other than surface water rust where the paint is missing. It's also automatic, but I got an M410 and other parts and a head. The guy said it ran but the fuel line from the tank is clogged. Towed it home.
