Just rebuilt the engine on my 1975 164 B30 Volvo and we can't get it to runn smoothly at low speeds. when idling at about 1000 rpms it misses and when ingear it will surge, then fall back and repeat over and over. Will appreciate any suggestion sent to me by email at ijnceh@juno.com
