Engine Vibrates at Idle 700 1989

I have checked the motor mounts and they are good condition. I should have mentioned that on the intial post. I put mid-grade fuel in last tank and it seemed worse. This tank I went back to High Test and it appears to improve slightly.

The vacuum leak sounds probable and I will take a look at that this weekend. Any further suggestions are greatly appreciated.
