Adding seat heaters to a DL? 200 1980

I have a 1980 245 DL, and I am getting closer to replacing the seats... After 420K miles, the seats really really show it.

So, if I'm going to replace the seats, I'm thinking about adding that seat heating feature to them.

Questions:

Does the IPD kit have everything I'd need to add this feature to seats that don't already have it?

Where would I put the switches? My mom's '89 had this feature, but I don't remember where the switches went.

What kind of wiring would I need to add?

More questions later, but I'll ask them as they come up.
