Coolant System Problem 900 1994

Have the system pressure checked and trace out any leaks. That should show up any head gasket problems. Also, if the "new" radiator ever overheated, it could have made the plastic brittle thereby weakening the structure and leading to you problem. I've gone to metal tank radiators after plastic tanks blew out on 3 different 10 year old cars (2 Volvos, 1 MB).
