Preparing for a Sound and Fun Rebuild of a b230ft

I am a regular at Tbricks; I was hoping to get some advice from some guys over here who have a bit more experience (the Tbricks board seems to be a bit younger).

I don't want to push my motor now; and 200 at the wheels is not reachable through more boost and fuel. My stock garrett t25 is worthless and does not work well over 10psi as it is. I have the cam and exhaust already, but I do not want to push the envelope and add power to an engine with 215k on the clock. I am also looking to do this right the first time, as I want to be car-payment free for at least 5 more years, but I also want my car to be more exciting. Thanks.
