What internet service provider do you use? Most of them give you web space... if you pay at least $20 or so per month. Contact them to see. If they don't, you could probably buy space for as little as a couple bucks/month.

That is what folks usually are doing when you see URLs that look something like: www.anyISP.com/~userid/volvoproject.html

I don't know of any good free ones.
