Do you know the rust condition of the OTHER mount?? You might want to consider just removing the bumper and leaving it in your garage. . . since it isn't going to help you if hit from the rear, just going without until spring might help those who drive behind you live a bit longer! Since most everything else now on the road has integral bumpers, I doubt anyone will even notice it is missing.
