It's the Sachs OEM 3 piece kit with clutch disc, pressure plate and release bearing. Also includes a little packet of spline grease.

It's not something IPD or Groton put together, it's sourced from Sachs as such. This was the first clutch I'd ever replaced (in a car) and didn't know others came with the centering tool.
