Electrical wierdness 120-130 1966

That's what I would check first. The top right rivet, which links to the one below, often gets loose. Flowing some solder into this joint will often cure your red light problems.Try and use some "proper" flux to help clean the joint. Don't try and tighten it up by giving it a whack, been there, cracked the base plate...
We all give the fuses a quick 1/4 turn now and then to freshen them up, but I recently got caught out by the stubby fuse, when I found that doing this had neatly cut the pointed metal end off the fuse. This didn't make for a good contact(!) I didn't notice it until I took the fuse right out. Not easy to see in the dark. Worth a look.
