extreme poor cold performance - the solution (?) 200 1993

Yet another post from (sorry) but I believe now it was not the ECT sensor because this morning it started doing the poor performance when cold again - rats. But then I realized that I was very low on gas and probably was the other items as well. So it is exhibiting fuel starvation signs only when cold and low on gas so this means .... PRE-PUMP!! So I've been missing the gas connection all this time. Just ordered the pre-pump, sock and rubber gasket and will report back.
